Directions: Inhale as you reach up. Exhale as you bring the hands into binding behind your heart. Keep lower abdomen lightly engaged. Keep spine long. Stay in this position for 3 to 5 breathing cycles. Inhale as you unbind and straighten the arms. Exhale as you return hands on waist. Repeat on the other side.
